‘Mirror Mirror’ International vs Domestic Trailer?

Can someone answer this question.... Why are International trailers always 1up-ing the domestic trailers? I saw the US trailer for Tarsem Signh's "Grimm Brothers"-fashioned Snow White film entitled Mirror Mirror not too long ago and just ran into the International trailer via SlashFilm. I like Tarsem Singh, but the US trailer didn't appeal to me. Now this trailer comes out and it seems like it's starting to bait me in. Either way, I'll let you decide.
